Inside Sales and Customer Servicing
Manage client relationships: Build and maintain productive relationships with clients over the phone and via video calls.
Client retention and upsell: Focus on retaining existing clients, optimizing revenue through upselling, and handling renewals.
Product accuracy: Ensure products and services are correctly listed and described in the client's e-catalog.
Complaint resolution: Promptly resolve client complaints and ensure they are deriving benefits from the platform.
Systematic follow-up: Assist the sales team by following up with clients for time-bound closures.
