Job Responsibilities:
Make cold calls and hot calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Actively search for new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
Coordinate with customers for product demos, pricing, and order finalization.
Handle inquiries, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on sales activities.
Collaborate with technical and service teams for customer support.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years in sales, preferably in barcode, RFID, IT hardware, or similar industry.
Must be experienced in making cold calls and hot calls.
Proven skills in creating new customers and retaining old customers.
Strong in marketing, sales, convincing skills, and customer coordination.
Should be target-driven and capable of boosting sales.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of barcode products (printers, scanners, labels) is an advantage.

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentive based on sales performance.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday Off)
Salary Payment Date: 20th of every month
Mandatory fluency in English & Hindi
Must bring last salary slip, relieving letter, and experience letter at joining.
