Designation: Business Development Executive Job Type: Full Time Office Location: Vikhroli Working days: 6 days week (Rotational shift -Morning and Afternoon). Roles & Responsibilities: • The person will be responsible for working on booking or reservations enquiry received through calls/chats by customer. Should be responsible to help the customer in packaging and planning for their holidays/ stays. • Taking Inbound Reservation booking for the resorts and properties for Indian as well as international clients. • Achieving assigned targets aggressively by tapping on the leads appropriately and with strong follow up. • Creating a good rapport with the client and maintaining the same. • Confirming the status of Client’s bookings or reservations as well as ensuring smooth cancellation process. • Communicating effectively with the Customers and timely updating them the status of booking. • Processing room reservations in tandem with the guest query. • Reconfirmation of the reservations either by call or email. Skills and Job Requirements: • Male candidates can apply. • Should be comfortable to work in Rotational shift, including Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. • Rotational weekly off on Monday / Sunday. • Must have strong zeal, will power and aggressive approach to chase and crack the target. • Applicant should be a Graduate. • Fresher’s / Experienced with Excellent spoken as well as written communication skills. • Smart, well versed in English.
