Job Summary
A Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting jewellery products, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the showroom's sales and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product features, gold purity, diamond specifications, pricing, and offers.
Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
Assist in inventory checking and stock management.
Prepare sales invoices and coordinate with billing staff.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and buyback schemes.
Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of jewellery products and gold rates (preferred).
Ability to work under sales targets.
Qualifications
Graduate or 12th Pass (depending on company requirements).
