A reputed raw minerals company is seeking a result-driven Sales Executive to expand its market presence in the Paint, Ink, and Paper industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background in non-metallic minerals like Kaolin, Talc, and Calcium Carbonate, and experience dealing with industrial buyers of raw materials.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Paint, Coatings, Inks, and Paper sectors
Design and execute a go-to-market plan for raw mineral products
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using research, cold calling, referrals, and trade networking
Set sales targets, KPIs, and meet quarterly/annual revenue goals
Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients
Analyze market trends, raw material shifts, and competitor activity
Represent the brand at key industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
6 to 10 years of industrial B2B sales experience in Kaolin, Talc, or Calcium Carbonate
Strong knowledge of selling raw materials to Paint, Coatings, Inks, and Paper manufacturers
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Willing to travel extensively across India
