Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and close sales for infrastructure-related products and services.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies and private sector infrastructure companies.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to offer tailored solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project announcements.
• Prepare proposals and presentations as required.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the management. Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum –2-3 years of experience in B2B sales in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure project.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the infrastructure domain.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and technical understanding of infrastructure projects.
• Ability to develop client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
