Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right vehicle solutions while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom or dealership.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Explain features, specifications, and pricing of vehicles and accessories.
Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, financing options, and offers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with the finance and documentation departments for smooth delivery.
Attend product training and sales meetings regularly.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction before and after the sale.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in automobile or field sales (freshers may also apply).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicles and market trends.
Valid driving license (mandatory).
Presentable and customer-focused attitude.
