We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations and proposals.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
