Key Responsibilities:
Handling walk-in clients and explaining project details.
Following up with leads generated through telesales, digital campaigns & referrals.
Conducting site visits and converting inquiries into bookings.
Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduation
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / high-value product sales.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.
Passionate about sales, with a target-driven mindset.
