Engage and Consult: Greet customers warmly and build rapport, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the ideal Hyundai model.
Product Expert: Master the features, benefits, and technology of the entire Hyundai lineup, conducting compelling vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Sales Process Management: Guide customers through all steps of the sale, including negotiation, financing options, and paperwork, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
Lead Follow-Up: Proactively manage leads and maintain consistent follow-up with potential and existing customers to foster long-term relationships.
Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
