We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Banquet Sales Executive who can drive banquet bookings, corporate events, private parties, and celebrations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
Handle inquiries and bookings for banquets, private events, and group reservations.
Meet and interact with potential clients (corporates, event planners, social groups, etc.) to understand their requirements.
Create and share customized banquet proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and event teams to ensure flawless execution of events.
Maintain and update the sales database, leads, and client follow-ups regularly.
Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
Plan and execute sales drives, promotions, and tie-ups to increase banquet bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent Kora at networking events and exhibitions to promote banquet facilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in banquet or hospitality sales (restaurants, hotels, or event spaces preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
