We are looking for a b2b sales support exective to join our team at at Jk Job Consultancy. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Portal Management:
Manage and maintain company profiles across B2B platforms including IndiaMART, GEM, Project India, and others, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings.
Inquiry Handling:
Promptly respond to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward high-potential inquiries to the relevant sales or management personnel for follow-up.
Lead Nurturing Support:
Track and follow up on leads generated from online platforms, keeping a record of conversion status and regularly updating sales personnel.
Content & Listing Optimization:
Collaborate with internal teams to update product descriptions, pricing, images, certificates, and other listing elements to improve visibility and credibility.
Campaign Coordination:
Engage with IndiaMART and other platform representatives to explore and implement paid promotions or banner listings to boost traffic.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain inquiry records, prepare weekly reports on platform performance, response timelines, and lead conversion metrics.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
