We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.)
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions/products/services
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, competitors, and industry trends
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
Industry-specific experience (e.g., technology, real estate, retail, healthcare)
Multilingual proficiency
Digital sales/marketing knowledge
