Handle B2B client coordination for cosmetic products (distributors, wholesalers, brands, private label clients).
Manage backend sales operations, including order entry, order processing, and order tracking.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations with clients.
Maintain client records, sales data, and order history in CRM/ERP systems.
Follow up with clients for order approvals, revisions, and repeat orders.
Assist in handling client queries, complaints, and post-order support.
Generate sales reports, order status reports, and MIS for management review.
Support senior management in sales planning and coordination activities.
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
