About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDE – Freshers) to join our US Staffing team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the recruitment team in delivering staffing solutions to clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable staffing solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client hiring needs.

• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and opportunities.

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (written & spoken English).

• Willingness to work in US night shifts.

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Quick learner and team player with a positive attitude.

Education

• Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or equivalent).
