Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business through cold calls, networking, and events in the industrial sector.
Client Engagement: Conduct sales meetings (virtual/in-person), present/demonstrate industrial products, understand needs, and build strong client relationships.
Sales Execution: Negotiate contracts, close deals, process orders, and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Relationship Management: Provide after-sales support, manage complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Strategy: Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports/forecasts, and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
Promotions: Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company products.
