Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, managing client accounts, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and market visits.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from the Imphi range.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth order processing and promotional activities.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as required.
