Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our dynamic team at a leading real estate firm in Thane. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients through exceptional service and effective communication. As a CRM, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring smooth interactions throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities: ● Client Management: Ensure that all needs of clients are successfully met and managed after booking. ● After-Sales Service: Provide continuous support to existing clients and ensure they are fully satisfied with the services offered. ● Client Feedback: Actively seek honest and constructive feedback from clients to improve services and resolve any concerns. ● Booking to Payment Collection to Possession: Provide end-to-end service to clients, from order placement to payment collection, ensuring satisfaction at every stage. ● Query Resolution: Address and resolve all client queries promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. ● Product & Service Guidance: Offer insights and assistance to clients regarding our products or services, ensuring they are well-informed. ● Complaint Handling: Act as the main point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department or personnel for resolution. ● Proactive Communication: Understand client needs, proactively address issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. ● Documentation: Maintaining and filing documentation as per the process of the company including receipts, demand letters, interest letters, etc if and when needed. ● Coordination: Coordination with different departments and entities such as banks to ensure the client journey is seamless. Key Skills & Qualifications: ● Polite Disposition: A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with clients. ● Strong Follow-up Skills: Ability to rigorously follow up with clients to ensure all needs are met. ● Excellent Communication: Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients and colleagues. ● Problem Solving: Ability to understand client circumstances and provide appropriate solutions. ● Proactive Approach: Always anticipate client needs and take proactive steps to exceed their expectations. ● Availability: Be readily available for calls and maintain consistent communication with clients.
