Designation: Business Associates
Roles and responsibilities:
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls with existing and new clients
• Passionately evangelize our products and services to develop relationships with sales prospects.
• To achieve the sales targets based on the past history of the allotted accounts.
• To ensure that the old outstanding payments of their allotted accounts are under control.
• Regular Communication with potential clients over the phone, email, text, and in-person to follow up on the project status.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.
Required Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Negotiations & other sales tactics.
• Business goal oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.
• Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management to perform multi task and remain calm under pressure.
• Person should have a learning attitude
• Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative. Fresher’s with the right attitude and good communication skills are welcome.
• Must be a Graduate (any stream)
