Key Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in sports or fitness-related industries.

• Language: Fluency in English and Hindi

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Sales :Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

• Target Orientation: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.

• Adaptability: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and product demonstrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Prior experience in sports equipment sales will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales and customer interactions.
