Job description
Attending the walk-in customer as well as providing information about the site project and
convert them for buying a property.
To Explain the floor plans, specifications about the project and render appropriate information
for all the details of the project and also showing the sample flat to customer.
To maintain all the records like Name, Email id, contact no, etc. of walk-in enquiries and update
the same on regular intervals to company's ERP Software. Participating marketing activities like
property exhibitions, market survey, deciding hoarding locations and providing details to willing
customer.
Handling various projects of company as per the requirement basis.
To make follow-up to the customer for the recovery of payments in co-ordination with
Marketing Manager. Reply to web inquiries, follow-up to the customer after site visits and
exhibitions.
Educational Background - Any Graduate/ MBA
Experience - 8-10 Years Relevant Experience in Real estate/Construction Company
Technical Skills -
1. Excellent Communication - English, Hindi, Marathi

3. Professional & Self Driven attitude

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
