We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team. You will be responsible for helping customers find the right mobile phones and accessories, providing excellent service, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their mobile phone and accessory needs

• Provide product recommendations and explain features, prices, and warranty options

• Demonstrate product usage and handle queries professionally

• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily sales reports

• Maintain store hygiene and display standards

• Handle billing and assist the cashier when required

• Participate in promotional activities and new product launches

• Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile phones and accessories

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-first approach with good problem-solving skills

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience in retail/mobile sales is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
