Right now, we’re looking to bring on board a motivated individual who can help us grow our presence across Delhi/NCR — someone who understands how buildings move, how decisions are made in the construction ecosystem, and most importantly, how to build lasting client relationships.
You’ll be working out of our Gurugram office, but your playground is wider — from real estate corridors and commercial hubs to consultants’ offices and active sites. This isn’t about pushing products; it’s about understanding technical needs, reading between the architectural lines, and offering solutions that are both functional and future-ready.
We believe someone who’s spent time in the elevator or building systems space will feel right at home here. But if you’ve worked with architects, builders, or interior infrastructure products — and you enjoy being in a solution-driven, consultative role — this could be a great match too.
Here, your day might start with a layout discussion with a project consultant, move into a site briefing in Noida, and wrap up with internal coordination with our design or installation team. The role involves a mix of relationship-building, technical understanding, and structured follow-through.
We’re not just looking for someone who “closes deals” — we’re looking for someone who builds trust, adds value, and stays invested through the project life cycle. If you’re comfortable navigating long sales cycles, explaining features beyond brochures, and enjoy making complex systems easier to understand for clients, we’d love to talk.
Ideally, you have a graduate background in engineering, business, or architecture, and around 1-3 years of experience in a similar space. You should be comfortable engaging with mid- to senior-level professionals, handling multiple discussions simultaneously, and traveling locally for site visits or client meetings.
