Role Overview:
We seek a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in consultative sales, particularly in B2B and B2C domains, with expertise in managing long sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients, including builders, architects, developers, and corporate buyers.
Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
Market Research & Outreach: Analyze market trends, study competitor strategies, and proactively seek new business opportunities.
Technical Sales Consultation: Provide clients with insights on elevator specifications, installation processes, and maintenance solutions.
Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, installation, and service, to ensure seamless project execution.
Who Should Apply?
Sales professionals from the lift industry (preferred), high-end furniture sales, construction, or architectural consultancies with B2B sales experience.
Individuals with strong networking skills with architects, builders, and real estate developers.
Candidates with the ability to sell premium, high-value products in a consultative manner.
Professionals experienced in technical sales, handling client objections, and explaining product specifications effectively.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of sales experience in B2B, high-ticket, or solution-based sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
