Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information.
Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with company offerings.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Persistent and results-oriented attitude.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
