Our SAAS Platform FOXBOX Rewards automates gifting, merchandise, rewards, and loyalty solutions.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage backend operations and provide support to the business team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with managing day-to-day operational tasks while also contributing to lead generation through outbound calls.
Prepare and manage quotations and proposals.
Maintain and update Excel sheets for data management and reporting.
Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for client and internal use.
Handle day-to-day backend operations efficiently.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients (client list will be provided).
Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team during spare time.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Prior experience in operations, backend support, or sales coordination preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
