Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell the client's premium membership packages to prospective individuals and corporate clients

• Generate leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, networking events, and outbound calls

• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to understand client needs and present membership benefits effectively

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention

• Keep up-to-date with membership features, pricing, and promotions

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems

• Represent the brand at industry and promotional events as needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle services, luxury retail, or membership-based offerings

• Strong consultative sales skills with a confident and persuasive communication style

• Professional, customer-first attitude with high attention to detail

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable handling objections and closing high-value sales

• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting software

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field (preferred)
