We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through staffing solutions.
Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients needing staffing services in industries like IT, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Retail.
Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
Consultative Sales: Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored staffing solutions (temporary, permanent, contractual, RPO).
Negotiation & Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
✅ Experience: 6 Months -1 Year in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, HR services, or recruitment.
