We are looking for a Sales Executive who understands Lucknow’s real estate market, especially Gomti Nagar and Extension. If you are confident, motivated, and know how to turn a “no” into a “yes,” this role is perfect for you!
Welcome and guide customers during site visits – families, professionals, and investors.
Understand customer needs and show them how Aspire meets those needs.
Visit sites, network locally, and present the project to potential buyers.
Use our CRM system to manage leads and update customer interactions.
Work toward closing 3–4 deals per month through follow-ups and conversations.
Represent Aspire’s values of honesty, trust, and customer-first service.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (apartment sales preferred).
Good knowledge of Lucknow’s property market, especially Gomti Nagar & Extension.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
Must have your own vehicle for field visits.
A team player with good networking skills.
Able to work under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
Work with a well-known project that customers trust.
