Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the clinic’s reach through patient-focused strategies. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in healthcare business development or patient relations, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your primary goal will be to increase patient footfall, enhance the clinic’s visibility, and foster trust and loyalty among new and existing patients.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive patient acquisition through targeted outreach programs, partnerships, and community engagement.
Develop and execute campaigns to improve patient retention, loyalty, and referral rates.
Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients and medical referral partners.
Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, wellness centers, and community organizations to promote clinic services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create patient education content and promotional material.
Attend or organize health camps, seminars, and local events to promote clinic services directly to potential patients.
Monitor patient feedback and coordinate with clinic staff to improve patient experience.
Maintain a database of patients and referral partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and communications.
Generate regular reports on patient acquisition metrics, outreach effectiveness, and ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in healthcare business development or patient relations.
Strong understanding of healthcare services and patient engagement strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic, approachable, and confident in building trust with patients.
Ability to work independently and meet outreach and acquisition targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
