We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, while promoting our interior design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored interior design solutions.
Collaborate with the design team to develop proposals and quotations.
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure all client information is up to date.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand design concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
Proficiency in computers, MS Office, Google works
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with interior design terminology and project processes.
Existing client base or industry contacts is a plus.
Local market knowledge.
Remuneration - Fixed CTC between 1.8 Lakhs to 3 lakhs PA
Variables upto 2 percent of sales on achieving targets
