As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and closing sales to help achieve company revenue goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as needed

• Handle customer complaints or objections in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

• Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role preferred

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic
