Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate leads through outbound calling from the database provided by the company.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Customer Interaction & Query Handling
Communicate with customers professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
Resolve customer queries related to product usage, benefits, pricing, and specifications.
Provide accurate and complete product details to build trust and ensure clarity.
Website & E-Commerce Operations
Assist in handling the company website (basic updates, checking customer messages, monitoring inquiries).
Coordinate with the operations team regarding order processing, dispatch, and customer updates.
Support in managing online sales data, reports, and customer records.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare daily call reports, lead status updates, and feedback summaries.
Maintain data accuracy in CRM or internal tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or customer service in e-commerce (product-based) companies.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong understanding of sales flow, lead generation, and customer handling.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations preferred.
Ability to explain product specifications clearly and confidently.
Good follow-up skills and customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks (calling + operations).
