Delonix Travel Services is looking for a professional Sales Executive to join their team. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.

• Understand customer travel preferences and suggest suitable holiday packages.

• Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers to enhance sales pitches.

• Requirements:

• Proven Experience in Telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the travel industry).

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
