We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about fashion, ethnic wear, and customer service. The right person should have:
Strong Personality: Polite, well-spoken, approachable, and able to build trust with customers.
Fashion Sense: Good understanding of lehengas, fabrics, embroidery, colors, and the latest bridal trends.
Convincing Power: Ability to guide customers in making purchase decisions while upselling matching dupattas, blouses, jewelry, and accessories.
Customer Handling: Patience to deal with brides and families, listen carefully to their requirements, and offer suitable options.
Presentation Skills: Should be able to drape lehengas on mannequins/dummies or assist customers in trials to highlight the outfit’s look.
Communication: Comfortable in both Hindi & English, with clear and polite interaction skills.
Organizational Skills: Maintain stock display, keep the store tidy, and update inventory records.
Tech-Friendly: Should be able to show outfits on video calls to customers, handle WhatsApp queries, and share outfit pictures/videos.
Target-Oriented: Work towards achieving sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Player: Coordinate with tailors/designers for fittings, alterations, and customization.
Flexibility: Willing to work during busy wedding/festive seasons and manage long hours if required.
