The Sales Executive at Damro Furniture is responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and promoting Damro’s range of furniture products. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process to achieve sales targets.
Customer Engagement & Sales:
Greet and assist customers in selecting furniture products based on their needs.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Damro’s furniture range, including materials, designs, and pricing.
Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and company policies.
Sales Process Management:
Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for order fulfillment.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange displays to highlight promotions and new products.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Adhere to company sales policies and procedures.
Education: Minimum O/L or A/L qualification; diploma in sales/marketing is a plus.
Experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in furniture, retail, or customer service.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
