The Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving showroom sales, ensuring superior customer service, maintaining product presentation, and upholding the brand’s reputation. Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable jewellery options.
Present and explain product details — design, purity, craftsmanship, certification, and pricing.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets (value & volume).
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery pieces to increase average ticket size.
Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in, repeat, and referred clients.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and appointments to convert them into confirmed sales.
Maintain accurate sales entries, CRM records, and daily reporting sheets.
Support showroom merchandising, display arrangements, and inventory management.
Ensure proper billing coordination and cash handling per company policy.
Participate in store events, jewellery launches, and customer engagement activities.
Keep updated on new collections, offers, schemes, and product features.
Handle customer concerns or service requests politely and effectively.
Maintain showroom discipline, grooming standards, and adherence to SOPs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
For experienced candidates – guide junior staff and contribute to store sales planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English preferred).
Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with a customer-first attitude.
Target-driven mindset and positive approach to achieving goals.
Product knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery (preferred, not mandatory).
Good grooming sense, etiquette, and presentation suitable for luxury retail.
Team-oriented and cooperative attitude.
Basic computer literacy and understanding of sales software/CRM tools.
Minimum 1 year and up to 4 years of retail sales experience (jewellery, fashion, or luxury preferred).
Graduate or equivalent qualification (Commerce, Marketing, or Jewellery Design background preferred).
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence may also be considered for entry-level roles.
