We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have 3 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales or business development, with fluency in Kannada being a must. Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, field visits, or digital platforms
Understand customer needs and promote suitable products or services
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities
Maintain and build long-term customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager
3 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales/business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions confidently
Basic knowledge of MS Office or computer usage
Any graduate
Background in EdTech or related fields is a plus
