I am in requirement of 2 Sales Executive (preferably a male and a female) for my construction firm (Samriddhi Homes), situated in sector 89, Noida. The Executive would work as a real estate broker.

Job Description :-

● Lead Generation and Prospecting:

1. Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online marketing, and referrals.

2. Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.

3. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.

● Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

2. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.  

3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and market insights.

● Sales and Negotiation:

1. Show properties to prospective buyers and renters.

2. Negotiate sales and rental agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients.

3. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documentation.

4. Close deals and achieve sales targets.

● Market Knowledge and Analysis:

1. Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.  

3. Provide clients with accurate and relevant market information.

●Administrative Tasks:

1. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales transactions.

2. Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and performance.

3. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and legal, to ensure smooth transactions.

● Compliance:

1. Adhere to all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

2. Maintain a high level of ethical conduct.
