Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and convert B2B clients for antivirus software solutions
Meet monthly sales targets, achieve license renewal quotas, and upsell additional security products.
2. Market Research & Client Targeting
Research IT/software security market trends and competitor offerings.
Identify potential resellers, distributors, and corporate clients for expanding the antivirus business.
Develop territory-wise sales strategies for lead generation, conversions, and renewals.
3. Product Knowledge & Consultation
Gain expertise in antivirus software features, pricing models, and deployment options.
Educate customers on benefits like endpoint protection, data security, and real-time threat monitoring.
Offer tailored solutions based on client IT infrastructure (enterprise licenses, multi-user packs, or single systems).
4. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring license renewals and upselling additional security modules.
Provide after-sales assistance, coordinate with the technical support team for installation/troubleshooting.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams (technical support, finance, and channel management) to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM, including client interactions, renewals, and pipeline reports.
Submit regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and competitor updates to management.
