We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team lish Bos This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹20000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
o Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key B2B clients.
o Proactively engage with potential resellers, shutter manufactures and gate
fabricators to generate leads for entrance automation products.
o Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and
decision-makers.
o Meet sales targets and quotas as outlined by the company.
2. Market Research & Client Targeting:
o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and
competitor activities in the entrance automation industry.
o Identify new business opportunities and market segments within Western
India.
o Develop a strategic sales plan for the region, including lead generation,
prospecting, and customer retention strategies.
3. Product Knowledge & Consultation:
o Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's range of entrance automation
products, including Doors, Shutters and Gates Automation Systems.
o Offer technical advice to customers and suggest suitable solutions based on
their specific needs.
o Provide customers with customized solutions, including project estimation,
product selection, and technical support.
4. Account Management:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat
business and referrals.
o Regularly visit clients and provide post-sales support to ensure customer
satisfaction.
o Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Coordination & Reporting:
o Collaborate with the internal teams, including technical, service, and supply
chain, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market
insights using CRM tools.
o Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for the management
team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convincing Skills, Account Management, Product Knowledge, Consultation, Market Research is an added advantage.
