We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. As a Sales Executive for Royal Enfield, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of motorcycles, accessories, and services. Your primary responsibility will be to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell Royal Enfield motorcycles and related products.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

• Assist in handling customer inquiries, processing sales, and completing necessary documentation.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a positive sales experience.

• Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure efficient stock management and order processing.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and the latest offerings from Royal Enfield.

• Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to drive footfall and sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or 2-wheeler industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of motorcycles and an interest in the Royal Enfield brand is a plus.

• Ability to understand and work with sales targets.

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for sales.

Experience:

• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
