About the Role:
Arabia Originals — a growing name in the travel and tourism industry — is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, promote travel packages, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell travel packages and services to customers.
• Handle walk-in, call, and online inquiries professionally.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in travel sales or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Strong customer service and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
