Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Commercial Sales Specialist to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales or commercial real estate, with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the local market. This role is crucial in building and maintaining client relationships, driving commercial leasing/sales transactions, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage commercial sales/leasing opportunities in Pune and surrounding areas
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients
Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial property solutions
Conduct property visits, market surveys, and site inspections
Negotiate terms of lease/sale and prepare relevant documentation
Collaborate with internal teams for lead generation and client servicing
Maintain an updated database of inventory and market trends
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management
