Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Acquisition:
Identify and acquire potential clients for Demat & Trading accounts, Mutual Funds, Insurance and other Company products.
Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail investors.
Educate clients on Company advised investment opportunities and financial planning.
✅ Lead Generation & Business Development:
Maintain lead management through cold calling, networking, references and on-field visits.
Develop channel partner business vertical, e.g., Bank of India 3-in-1 product.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients.
✅ Sales & Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote broking services, SIPs, mutual funds, bonds, IPO investments and other Products.
Coordinate with respective teams to Cross-sell and Upsell Company products to existing clients.
✅ Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities and competitors’ offerings.
Gather client feedback to improve sales strategies.
✅ Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Coordinate with SDO department for better after-sales support experience, solving client queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate with SDO department for regular financial guidance and portfolio management of the client.
✅ Reporting & Documentation:
Active maintenance of records of Leads, Meetings, Conversions and Average Rupee Sale.
Submit regular performance reports to respective HOD, attend team and individual meetings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
