We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through property transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, site visits, cold calls, online platforms, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.
Understand client needs and match them with appropriate properties.
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to support sales efforts.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of the local real estate market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Real estate license or certification (as per local regulations).
Experience in [residential/commercial/industrial] real estate is a plus.
