Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our video editing and creative services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to promote 4Shan Digital’s services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team for solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or business development (media/creative industry preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
