We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Executive who will handle leads generated through our e-commerce channels – Walltrendz.in, Etsy, WhatsApp, and social media. Your main goal is to convert high-intent product inquiries into confirmed orders, helping customers with everything from product selection to order placement.
Handle daily inbound leads generated via website chat, WhatsApp, Etsy messages, and social media
Guide customers through the buying journey – product discovery, customization, pricing, and order support
Explain product details, sizing, delivery, installation queries, and payment options
Convert leads into sales by building trust and offering tailored suggestions
Coordinate with design, printing, and logistics teams for custom orders
Maintain customer interaction logs via e-commerce CRM or Google Sheets
Identify buying trends and report customer feedback for improving conversion
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce sales/ inbound sales
Strong communication skills in English
Degree/Diploma in Marketing
Prior work with a print-on-demand, design, or home improvement brand is a plus
