We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to promote and sell our CNC Drilling Machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with a flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and identify potential customers in fabrication, PEB, heavy engineering, and related industries.
· Understand client requirements and propose the right CNC Drilling Machine solution.
· Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and technical demos.
· Coordinate with the design and technical team to prepare quotations and proposals.
· Negotiate prices, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies.
· Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and customer interactions regularly.
· Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and product seminars as company representative.
· Build strong long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
· Provide feedback to the internal team regarding market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related technical field.
· Proven experience in capital equipment / CNC machine sales is highly preferred.
· Strong technical understanding of CNC machines and industrial applications.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and travel as required.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
