Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities,
maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our range of Parker products and other industrial
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the target market.
• Promote and sell products such as Pneumatics, Filtration Systems, O-Rings, Seals, and
Hydraulic components.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and technical documentation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer demands.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of industrial and mechanical products, especially filters and fluid
power systems.
• Knowledge of Pneumatics, Filtration, and Hydraulic systems is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business meetings.
